Know where your buyers find you
See your traffic by channel, live
Selmo tracks exactly where your store visits are coming from, Instagram, TikTok, Google and Twitter (X), so you know which channel to post on more and which ad spend is actually paying off.
Traffic by channel
LiveIncluded with every store
Not just a selmo.app link. Your own domain.
Most store builders charge extra for this, or leave you with a generic subdomain. When you open your store, type the .com.ng name you want and Selmo checks it's available and registers it for you, at no extra cost. It's yours to keep, for as long as your store is open.

Invoice straight from your Instagram DMs
Agreed on a product and price in an Instagram chat? Type /invoice right there. Selmo handles the rest and sends your customer a payment button, all without either of you leaving the conversation. Works the same by DM or in person too, with real downloadable receipts.

Payment plans
Let buyers pay a deposit now and the balance later. You only ship once it's paid in full, and it's off by default; you choose the minimum deposit if you turn it on.
At checkout
Cart recovery
A customer fills in their details at checkout, then disappears. Selmo AI follows up by email and SMS, written in your voice, and stops the moment they pay.
Automatic follow-up
~40% more completed sales recovered

Selmo gives you your own funding card for your ad account, topped up right from WhatsApp.

“Pay first” scares buyers. So we hold the money.
Buyers pay Selmo, not you directly. We only release the money when they confirm their order arrived. That's how you sell to people who have never heard of you.
Optional, you can turn it off anytime in settings.
01Buyer pays Selmo
The price plus a small protection fee, shown before they pay. The money is held safely.
02You deliver
Send the order, then confirm on Selmo once your customer has it.
03Buyer confirms
We ask them by email and WhatsApp. One tap and you're paid.
04Problem? We step in
A Selmo agent reviews it. Refunds only after you get the item back.
